HELEN RUBY offers free shipping on all US orders confirmed on helenruby.co. 

Most orders ship within 3 business days of order confirmation. We do not offer International shipping at this time. Orders placed on Friday will not ship until Monday.

Helen Ruby only ships to the billing address of the credit card on purchases of $100 or more. If you need to ship to a different address than what is on your credit card, please use Amazon checkout as a payment method.

RETURNS
Our goal is that you’ll be completely satisfied with your Helen Ruby purchase. We will accept your request for a return, exchange, or credit of our products within 14 days of purchase. Some exclusions apply, see details below.

We accept returns on all non-fresh floral products within 14 days of purchase or shipment when accompanied by an original receipt or packing list. Within 14 days, we can refund your purchase via a credit to the original method of payment.

In order to offer free shipping to our customers on ALL outgoing orders, we do not offer prepaid labels for returns. Additionally, we are not responsible for damaged merchandise during the return process. Please make sure your return is packaged properly when dropped off for return. 

After 14 days, we will refund your purchase with a merchandise credit up until 30 days of purchase. Any goods without an original sales receipt will be considered for exchange only at the current retail selling price. The exchange is up to the discretion of our sales team based on individual orders details.  

Please note there is a 20% restocking fee for a return of $200 or more. 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN
1. Please return the item to its original packaging, ensuring it will not be damaged during return shipping. 

2. Take the package to your carrier of choice and send to the below address.

PLEASE NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

DAMAGED | DEFECTIVE ITEMS 
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving the product. We will cover the expenses to get you a replacement item w/o the defect and/or damage if it with within the time frame allowed.  

LIVE PLANTS
At Helen Ruby, we ask that you take extreme care with your living plants as they are perishable and subject to various conditions such as weather, transportation, soil quality, watering, and positioning in your home.

For in-store purchases, acceptance of our plant products at the time of sale is considered proof of good health and survivability.  For online customers, if a plant arrives damaged, dead, or does not meet your expectations, we will replace it free of charge or issue a refund within 6 hours of delivery.
